2. Interview And Assessment

The recruitment cycle is now being used to drive efficiency. This involves clear feedback during the selection process, salary and benefit packages pointing to more feedback. The candidate relationship management has become increasingly key with recruiters also interested in testing candidate’s skill set before hiring.

3. Technology

61% of recruiters are using videos as default interview mode especially for entry level. Why?  Instead of taking notes, recruiters simply record the interview. It has also given flexibility to interviewing sessions allowing candidates and recruiters to meet at optimum times.
